On the 24th of September 2017, World Day of Migrants and Refugees is celebrated at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Johor Bahru. The multi-lingual mass began at 10.00am, celebrated by Fr. Sebastian Koh, SJ. A fellowship is held after the mass.

Migrants Day 2016

CBC of this region has chosen 25 September 2016 to commemorate the 102th World Day of Migrants and Refugees. Diocesan Migrant Ministry is organizing the Mass which will be animated by the Indonesians and Myanmar community  at CIC, JB at 10.30am.

All are welcome.

God’s fatherly care extends to everyone, like the care of a shepherd for his flock, but it is particularly concerned for the needs of the sheep who are wounded, weary or ill, those overcome by physical or moral poverty; the more serious their condition, the more powerfully is his divine mercy revealed.
